CONSULTANCY
This covers an eclectic mix of skills, knowledge and experience not covered elsewhere within the Waymarks portfolio.
It has included:
• setting up a small arts charity from
Scratch
• Conducting a Community Audit for a
local parish of the Church of Scotland
• helping a small business to research
and access new markets for its
products
• Giving basic advice on applications for
grants (although Fundraising is not a
major area of my experience I have a
colleague with an excellent track
record in successful funding bids). I
am trained in the use of the “ACEVO”
Full Cost Recovery Software.
